8. Poaching Eggs with Plastic
I’ve heard a lot of people don’t know how to cook an egg, so I’ve got a hack for you. Poaching is one of the most elegant ways to cook an egg – and also one of the trickiest. But we’ve got just the hack for that!
Coat a small cup with some oil or non-stick cooking spray.
Gently crack the egg into the cup, being careful not to break the yolk.
Tie off the plastic wrap, sealing the egg inside.
Carefully lower the egg into boiling water with a spoon, and cook it for about 3 minutes.
Gently take your plastic-wrapped egg out of the water, and cut off the wrap to reveal your preciously poached egg.
