5. Slicing Up Homemade French Fries
Here’s a fun and simple side dish: french fry wedges. Like many other dishes, it’s sometimes difficult to cook up good french fry wedges. The most difficult part is making sure they are all cut to have the same size and width. A great way to get that done is by using an apple slicer!
To make an easier French fry, you should slice the potato in half and place the flat side on the cutting board. Next, place the apple slicer on top of the potato and push it down on the slicer to get perfectly cut wedges.
