17. Freezing Leftover Liquids for the Future
You know how good wine tastes on its own, but do you know you can freeze it into blocks? And there’s almost always leftover liquid. So whether you’re making delicious wine-glazed roasted chicken or winter-time soup, there will be leftovers.
