If a person has Asperger’s Syndrome, they might have a hard time adjusting to change. They might have a specific preference about their food or what time they eat or when they go home. For example, they might want to do things in a certain order.
The brain is an incredibly complex structure. And sometimes, even seemingly small things can result in major distress. If a caregiver changes their hairstyle or has to change class, it can bring on inexplicable panic.
